The economy post-COVID is more competitive. Everyone is pricing low to win work. Nevertheless, I have worked in partnership with the Holy Spirit. In one recent bid, I calculated on behalf of my office a fee of RM (X+Y) to do an expert witness report on assessing a contractor's final account and delay claims in an adjudication proceeding. However, when I prayed asking the Holy Spirit what would be the lowest amount quoted by my competitors. The small still voice of the Holy Spirit said, "RM X". So I submitted a bid for RM (X-1). Although the contractor had been pestering me to reduce my fee, I refused to budge because the Holy Spirit said the contractor would appoint me. Today, the contractor has confirmed accepting my fee and appointing me as an expert witness. Praise God! -Bro in Christ!, Malaysia
